Our Christmas cards are all written, addressed, stamped and sent! We can't send to everyone so if anyone out there is interested here is our Dell Family Christmas letter to all our family and friends:
We love the Christmas season and the joys found therein: family togetherness, traditions, baking, Christmas carols, Christmas cards, giving, serving, and most importantly – remembering our Savior, Jesus Christ, and pondering what His life means for all of us.
2010 gave our family much to be grateful for:
Sam graduated in July with a BA in art, emphasis in Integrated Studio Art. Their third child is due to arrive soon…we are excited for this little one to join our family! They still live in Rexburg where Sam is working and Linzi is attending BYU-I, finishing up her Associates degree this month! Rylee (4) is our little glamour girl – she loves anything that is purple and/or sparkles! Sadie (2) is an active one – running, jumping, riding her tricycle, sledding, you name it and she is there! She loves Toy Story characters.
Craig is attending UVU where he is majoring in Information Technology graduating in 2012. Angie is enrolled in classes at UVU beginning January, where she will major in English. They were able to take a trip to Disneyland this year with their close friends, Enos and Lindsay… having a wonderful time while there! Lucas (21 mo.) is a sweet boy who loves animals, music, singing and dancing.
Brad, Amy, and James (2) welcomed little Gavin Dell Westmoreland into their family on August 11th. They now reside in Eugene , OR where Brad is attending UO (Go Ducks!) working on getting his Graduate degree in Economics. They love living in beautiful Eugene where they feel at home. James is a love – he will hug just about anyone, he loves Mickey Mouse, Elmo, Little Einstein’s and Buzz Light Year. Gavin is a cute little guy, full of smiles and laughter, and greatly loved.
Rachel is living with us and working part time. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, attending ours and the singles ward, biking, running, going on long walks, reading and cooking new recipes. She has been a great help around here. Rachel loved having Amy and her family live with us from December 2009 – August 2010. We have gone on several trips and she has gone on hikes with Pat in Yosemite , enjoying their time together. She is a blessing in our lives.
Pat continues to work hard, happy to have a job still and that so far his company has survived this economic downturn. He keeps busy with church, family/home, and work. He is a wonderful grandpa who loves to interact with our grandkids in person and via computer! He is greatly loved and appreciated.
We, like you, are counting our many blessings. May you all have a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.
We are looking forward to our next update... which will be the arrival of either little Logan or Chloe to the Dell clan! Another blessing to be thankful for.
