Our neighbor brought us lemons from their lemon tree the other day.What does one do with a decent amount of lemons?
You squeeze them real good; getting all the juice you can from them...
And with that juice you add a bunch of other ingredients, bake it and voila...
Yummy lemon bars! I sure wish you were here to enjoy them! ;-)
Oh how I love lemon squares!! And to make it with real lemon juice... YUM!!! Maybe I'll fly out to try one of those delectable creations... :)

ReplyDeleteYeah, me too...those look divine. Fresh lemons from any tree would've made me happy...I would have put them in a bright blue bowl on my table and turned them into a centerpiece of scent and sunshine!
